Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after collection of the product , without the need to provide justification.

Return conditions:

The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use

The original packaging must accompany the item, whenever possible.

Reimbursement:

The refund is full , including the original shipping cost (except express shipping)

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility .

The refund will be made using the same original payment method within 7 days of collection and inspection of the returned product.
